perfect after a warm day in the garden, on the road or just anytime

I took a couple of handfuls of greens straight from the garden, ones from your local farmers market or coop will do greatly as well.

Place all ingredients in blender
Kale (taken from stem and chopped or hand ripped)
Arugula, ( chopped or hand ripped)
Pea greens
(Lettuce works as well)
A heaping tablespoon or two of almond butter or sun flower seed butter
1.5 frozen bananas
1 date chopped ( preferably soaked in water for a little)
1 tablespoon of agave or honey
Cover the greens 3/4 way with hemp milk or other milk alternative
Fill rest with cold or room temperature water
Starting on low blend speed, gradually increases speed and blend until no lumps.

Serve with frozen fruit or plain.

Makes 4 servings, or 2 large glasses
